Deed</U></B><B><U> <A NAME="nancy_drew_deed_1861"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="1x1.gif" HEIGHT="1" ALIGN="bottom" WIDTH="1" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0" ></A></U></B></div> <div> Barton, Orleans County, Vermont </div> <div> Deed Book 8  page 376</div> <div> FHL film 27819</div> <div> Nancy Willey to Alexander Wright</div> <div>    Know all men by these presents that I Nancy Willey of Barton in the County of Orleans and State of Vermont for the consideration of one hundred and twelve dollars paid to my full satisfaction by Alexander Wright of Barton in Orleans County and State of Vermont have remised released and forever quit claimed unto the said Alexander Wright all right and title which I the said Nancy Willey or my heirs have in and to the following land in the township of Barton in said County described as follows viz:  being the farm formerly owned and occupied by my husband Thomas Wiggins and since his decease by my son Reuben Wiggins and mortgaged by said Reuben for my support on which mortgage I have obtained a decree of a Court of Chancery for my support by annual installments meaning to release discharge and cancel all claims which I have or may have upon said land by reason of said mortgage or decree in chancery as aforesaid and all claim which I have to said annual stipend granted me by said decree in chancery, and all interest claim title or demand which I have or may have to said premises or any interest whatsoever growing out of the same.
